  • HAMLIN AT MICHIGAN INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY: Denny Hamlin will make his sixth-career NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) start at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday behind the wheel of the No. 20 Hisense USA Toyota Camry. In his five previous starts at the Michigan track, Hamlin has earned one win (2007), one top-five finish and four top-10 finishes. Hamlin’s most recent NXS trip to Michigan was in 2015 when he finished 10th.
  • JGR AT MICHIGAN INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) has 40 total starts at Michigan International Speedway in NXS competition earning four wins, 16 top-five finishes, 28 top-10 finishes and one pole starting position. The team has led 315 laps, completed 4,874 of 4,954 attempted laps (98.4%) and earned an average start of 13.2 and an average finish of 10.3. Hamlin earned the team its first win in 2007 followed by Joey Logano in 2012, Kyle Busch in 2015 and Daniel Suarez earned his first-career NXS win at the track in 2016.
